Is your exhibit a double decker with a lot of hanging or vertical elements? Are you showing off large mining or construction equipment? Maybe you need an elevated perspective that only aerial videography can offer.
HELICOPTER AND HAWKEYE
Some venues, either due to proximity to an airport or insurance reasons, won’t let you fly a drone. At OA, we don’t let that stand in the way of getting the shots that you want!
We have options like shooting out of helicopter or the 25 foot tripod we call the hawkeye.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my footage be edited?
When you select a package, you can choose based on your needs. If you would like the rough, unedited clips, they will be delivered in a foldered system following the flow of your event or timeline. If you would like a buttoned-up, edited video, you can select that option. You will then receive an edited video with 2 rounds of editing.
After the show, when can I expect to receive the final video files?
Unedited video is available to you within 10 business days after the last day of the show. Edited videos can be available 15 business days after the last day of the show. If you need your video sooner, please reach out for a custom quote and we’ll discuss custom turnaround times.
Can my edited video be branded?
Yes, absolutely. We will have a meeting to discuss your needs during the filming and editing process. This would include conversations about how you would like the video to be branded.
Can I use the video on social media and my website?
Most certainly! We hope that you use your video as much as possible. If you need the video in a certain format, this is something we can discuss in the pre-production meeting.
Can you provide audio for interviews?
Yes, we can provide Lavalier microphones for the subjects being interviewed. Keep in mind that tradeshow floors are extremely loud so we will do our very best to make sure the subject is projecting clean audio.
