Digital Asset Management
Oscar & Associates specializes in photographing trade shows, expositions, conferences, and corporate events to create promotional materials for teams that make these experiences happen. We need freelance photographers and videographers from across the nation to capture the action and excitement felt by the attendees.
If you love catching a genuine smile at a welcome reception, grabbing moments of curiosity on the show floor, or documenting a moment of epiphany at an education session—We want you!
Apply as a Photographer
- 1 – 3+ years of wedding and/or event photography experience
- A portfolio of your work that you can upload
- 1-2 professional level cameras
- Lenses covering 24mm to 200mm
- Speedlight with diffusion
- Laptop with external drive for backups
- Adequate internet speed for digital delivery
Apply as a headshot photographer
- 1 – 3+ years of headshot or portrait photography experience
- A portfolio of your work that you can upload
- 1-2 professional level cameras
- At least 2 lights that can operate off camera
- Light modifiers (such as soft boxes or umbrellas)
- Background stand with compatible backdrop
- Laptop capable of tethering
- Experience with Capture One and Headshot Tools is a plus!
Apply as a Videographer
- 1 – 3+ years of event videography experience
- A portfolio of your work that you can upload
- 1-2 professional level cameras capable of recording 4K 60fps
- Gimbal or other stabilization device
- Tripod
- Set of wireless lavs
- Adequate amounts of batteries for 6-12 hours of shooting
- Adequate amount of memory cards for 6-12 hours of shooting
- External hard drive for daily backup
- Adequate internet speeds for digital delivery
