The harsh lighting on trade show floors and the complexity of detail in exhibit booths make it difficult to get high-quality, professional imagery of your booth. That is why OA produces each booth view by capturing multiple exposures of the booth and then editing each one by hand to create the final high-resolution professional marketing image. This allows your booth to truly shine and look as great, if not better, in pictures as it does in real life.

Below are some before and after samples. The before image is the booth as it appears without any post-production retouching. The after image is the booth fully retouched and processed for delivery.

What is an exhibit “view”?

One exhibit view is a photograph, of one angle of your booth. When you place an order with us, we’ll visit your booth and contact your representative there to review the angles you’ll need and schedule your photography services.

What does the cost of a view include?

Professional photography and comprehensive editing services for a balanced, finished view or views of your booth on the show site.

When is the best time to capture views of my empty booth?

We typically capture views of empty booths before show hours beginning on the second day through the end of the show. We are able to capture them after show hours as well, however the hall tends to be cleaner looking before the show begins.

Can they be captured during show hours with people there?

Yes, we can capture exhibit views during the show with crowds of attendees in your booth.

Can I have a view with a group photo of my team at the booth?

Yes, a view can be used for a staff photo of your team in booth ready for the show!

My team is very large, can you take a photo of a big group in our booth?

Yes, we will meet with you ahead of time to determine the best way to arrange the group in the booth, and make sure we schedule adequate time to get everyone together, posed well and ready for the photo. Additional charges apply for groups over 25 people.

Can they be taken from above?

Yes, Exhibit views can be taken using a tall ladder to gain height for larger booths. Views using a Hawkeye tripod can be an option as well, contact us for information and pricing.

What are the options for delivery of final images?

Finished Exhibit views are delivered via a link to download the high resolution images from, within 5 business days from the last day of the show. Images on USB and 8 x 10 prints are available as well.

I have multiple booths on the same show floor. Can I combine those views into a package?

Yes. Feel free to contact us with the number of views you’ll need for the show and we’ll be happy to work with you to create an economical package to get them all covered.
