Building a show floor or your individual booth is an enormous amount of time and energy. Put that process on display with a timelapse video. From beginning to end, you can very clearly see the timeline of attendee movement through the show floor, exhibits being built, an entire show floor construction, and even more. Timelapse is a great way to go if you’re wanting to see the process or event, from start to finish. 

Frequently Asked Questions

When you select a package, you can choose based on your needs. If you would like the rough, unedited clips, they will be delivered in a foldered system following the flow of your event or timeline.  If you would like a buttoned-up, edited video, you can select that option. You will then receive an edited video with 2 rounds of editing.

Unedited video is available to you within 10 business days after the last day of the show. Edited videos can be available 15 business days after the last day of the show. If you need your video sooner, please reach out for a custom quote and we’ll discuss custom turnaround times.

Yes, absolutely. We will have a meeting to discuss your needs during the filming and editing process. This would include conversations about how you would like the video to be branded.

Most certainly! We hope that you use your video as much as possible. If you need the video in a certain format, this is something we can discuss in the pre-production meeting.

Yes, we can provide Lavalier microphones for the subjects being interviewed. Keep in mind that tradeshow floors are extremely loud so we will do our very best to make sure the subject is projecting clean audio.
