If you’re managing a show or looking for a great sponsorship opportunity, a portrait studio might be something you want to consider. Show or company branding can be added to all delivered images or on the gallery website. Participants are always eager to update their professional portrait.

    Once selected, each guest will receive a custom-branded email (created prior to the show) with their chosen images.

  • We will take 4-6 photos of each person and these images will be loaded onto a thumb drive. This is an excellent opportunity to have the drives branded and pre-loaded with show or sponsor information.

  • Attendees visit a sponsored web gallery (hosted by O & A) to download their digital photos for free or purchase prints. Pass-out cards are handed out onsite with URL information to a unique web address.

Frequently Asked Questions

If time allows, the attendee can choose their images onsite. For web galleries and email, the participant will receive a few images to choose from.

We operate a well-oiled machine and can take portraits very efficiently, ensuring each participant feels comfortable. Each person is usually in front of the camera for a few minutes.

Yes, we would recommend business attire for your professional portrait. Use your best judgement based on your industry. Some prefer a more formal look (suit coat, ties, etc.), while others are comfortable in a business causal attire (collared shirt or blouse, sweater, etc.)

Yes, hair and makeup services are available for an additional cost.
